Avocado tomato salad
1 big tomato
1 cup sweet corn
Juice from a fresh lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make
1 Wash the tomato thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
2 Then peel and slice the avocado.
3 Add the corn, the freshly squeezed lemon juice and add the spices.
Voilà, now you have an easy and fast-to-make healthy dinner.

- I used frozen corn and cooked it for few minutes, but you can also use one from a can.
