Dried chickpeas
Blender/ coffee grinder
Sieve or sifter
How to make:
1 Wash the chickpeas well and let them dry.
2 Then put it in the blender or machine you have available and grind it well.
3 Now you have to sift the mixture into a bowl to separate the fine flour from the hard bits of chickpeas that did not process.
4 Ground the remaining larger pieces into smaller ones using a grinder for example.
5 Store chickpea flour in a glass jar in a dry and cool place.
Voilà, now you have a homemade chickpea flour with which you can create delicious vegan meals.
