Ingredients
200-250gr chickpeas
the juice from one lemon
4 cloves of garlic
3-4 tbs tahini
salt on taste
How to make:
1 Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 to 24 hours;
2 Boil for about 40 minutes or until it becomes soft. Wait it to cool down.
3 Prepare some garlic and our ready sesame tahini.
4 Blend the chickpeas. Add the garlic, the lemon juice, salt to taste and the sesame tahini. Blend it until becomes smooth mixture.
5 Finally, pour the delicious and freshly made homemade hummus into a glass jar.

Good to know
- You can use cold-pressed oils such as avocado, coconut, flax (omega-3 rich), walnut, quack, olive oil, etc., but be careful with the amount, because some are high in calories.
- Tip: add just a little bit of water at the blending phase in order to blend easier the chickpeas.
- You can also use ready-made cooked chickpeas from the store, but the goal here is to make it as real and preservative-free as possible;
