Ingredients
1 average beetroot (red beet)
1 carrot
1 apple (should be sour, but I prefer sweet)
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp olive oil (to taste)
vinegar to taste, optional
How to make:
1 We wash the fruit and vegetables well.
2 Grate them thoroughly and mix well.
3 Taste the salad with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
