Healthy colorful salad – Tabule
- 8-24h soaking quinoa in water;
- 5 min prep;
- 20 min cooking;
How to make
1The first thing to do is to soak the quinoa in water for 8 to 24 hours. Make sure to change the water at least once in this period. You can soak it the night before.
2 Wash it well and boil it in 1:3 salted water. After 20 minutes your quinoa should been cooked. The grains should have become transparent in the middle, have white rings and should have absorbed the water.
3 As the quinoa cools down, wash the tomato, cucumber, parsley, slice them together with the onion. My advice is to wait for the quinoa to cool down and then mix very well in one big bowl all the ingredients of this delicious salad. Add salt to taste, add the juice of freshly squeezed lemon (optional) and butter / olive oil.
Finally, you get a delicious and vitamin-filled salad-idea for dinner. Consume with Love

- I am not a big fan of parsley, so I put in quite a little bit. You do not have to put the whole thing together.
- Quinoa contains 14.1g. protein for 100g, making it a great (and tasty) source of protein.
