How to bake delicious peanuts?

200-300g raw peanuts
2 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. flour (I used whole grains)
How to make:
1 Wash the peanuts thoroughly with cold water and then drain the excess water from them. If you wish, you can peel them first.
2 Mix salt and flour separately and sprinkle with moist kernels. Mix all the ingredients well so the flour and salt become well glued.
3 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the nuts. They bake for about 10 minutes, but it is nice to watch them because they can easily burn.
4 After baking, remove them from the pan and put them into another container. Wait for them to cool down and consume them with love!
Good to know
- It is a good idea to soak the peanuts in water in advance for 8 to 12
- The seeds and nuts are also soaked in water. If you like, you could add a little salt to the water. Here it is imperative to cover the container in order to absorb the water faster.
- If you do not have so many hours to wait, you can put them in water for 15 to 20 minutes. This is enough to eliminate the most harmful substances.
