Small head of cauliflower
3-4 garlic cloves
Olive oil
salt to taste
Black and red pepper
turmeric

How to make

1 Wash the cauliflower. Divide it into smaller slices and preheat oven to 220 degrees.

2 Peel and chop the garlic. Make a mixture of olive oil and spices in a separate container.

3 Pour the cauliflower heads with the mixture and mix well. Then cover with a baking paper and arrange the cauliflower. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower heads start having a golden tone.
