Roasted Soybeans

Timings

  • 8-12h soaking;
  • 5 min preparation;
  • 60 min cooking;

Ingredients

1 cup soybeans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coconut oil or other
Spices by choice (I used red hot pepper)

How to make:

1 Soak the soybeans for 8-12 hours in advance.

2 Wash them and strain them well.

3 Preheat oven to 180 C. Move the soy beans to a separate bowl by adding the coconut oil, the spices you choose and mix everything well.

4 Then place in your baking pan a baking paper and put the soybeans. Bake them for 40-60 minutes until turn brown.

VoilĂ , now you have a delicious, healthy vegan snack. Consume with love!

Good to know

  • Soy beans are very tasty and useful, and are better known as a good source of vegetable protein as well as fiber;
  • Be careful with the amount, because baked soy beans have about 450 calories;
