Stewed cauliflower with spices

Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Black / red pepper
Half lemon juice
Olive oil /or other

How to make

1 After you have completed the steps of Cauliflower rice (link) and want to stew it, prepare your dish and put olive oil until it covers the bottom. Also, pour about half a cup of water.

2 Then add the cauliflower and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3 Then add 2 cloves of garlic and spices and mix until all ingredients are well mixed.

4 Simmer until tender, or at least about 3 minutes.

Good to know

  • Cauliflower turns yellow after cooking. If you want to keep it white, add a slice of lemon to the water.
  • You should not use metal containers, because this vegetable reacts with metal! To prevent this from happening, add some lemon juice to the water.
