Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

4 tbsp. wheat flour/ or potato flour
20 dates
1 cup cacao
2 cups oat milk
Half tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
230gr black beans (1 can)
1 vegan chocolate or dark chocolate

How to make

1 Wash the black beans thoroughly. If your dates are not soft, soak them in warm water for 3-5 minutes to soften.

2 Put all the ingredients in a blender but without the chocolate. Blend them very well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

3 Preheat the oven to about 170 * degrees (you can subsequently increase the degrees to 180) and pour the blended mixture into a suitable baking pan (with sizing walls) by applying it evenly.

4 Bake for 30 minutes. While the ingredients are baking, melt the chocolate in a water bath. (Water bath – in a larger pot I let the water boil, and in a smaller pot I had broken into small pieces the black chocolate and stirred it with a wooden spoon. Then I put the small pot in the big one).

5 Once your mixture is baked, pour over the dark chocolate and cover evenly and well throughout. Cover and let it cool, then put it in the fridge to tighten. You can cut it into smaller square pieces.
