Vegan coconut cake

How to make
1 The first thing to do is mix the ingredients for the cake. For this, we need to mix the ingredients with a kitchen robot (or whatever appliance you have in place and use an S-shaped knife).
2 Prepare a cake pan with walls that separates. Pour the well-mixed ingredients and spread evenly. Then sprinkle well with coconut shavings and place the cake in the fridge so it can tighten for about 4 hours.
3 After the time has elapsed, mix the coconut oil with the cocoa powder and the sweetener you have chosen (optional, per your taste) in a small bowl. Melt in the microwave for a few seconds (the idea here is to liquefy) and then stir it well. Pour the cake over with the chocolate gaze using a small spoon (if you have a decorating syringe, now is the time to user it).
