Vegan cream soup with pumpkin and ginger

Ingredients
1 small pumpkin
1 medium sized carrot
Ginger (about half a finger)
1 small onion head
1 large potato or 2 smaller
1 tbsp cooking oil (I used coconut)
Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make
1 The first thing to do is peel and chop the pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, and ginger into smaller pieces so that they can boil easier and faster.
2 Then put all the ingredients (+ the oil you chose) to cook in the pan. Pour the oil in it until the ingredients become well coated.
3 Boil until all ingredients are tender for about 30 minutes.
4 Once everything is ready, turn off the stove and blend the mixture/soup using a blender.
VoilĂ , you now have a delicious vegan, healthy creamy pumpkin soup.
