Vegan semolina pudding
How to make
1 Pour the coconut milk in a saucepan and allow it to boil.
2 Wash the dates well and cut them into smaller pieces and add it to the coconut milk.
3 After boiling, add semolina and stir until thickened (about 2 minutes). Add the vanilla essence.
4 Remove it from the heat and pour it into small bowls.
Voilà, now you have a tasty, quick-cooked vegan dessert, and also low in calories.

- I got about 4 small portions (100 grams each), but of course you can increase the amount of ingredients.
- Once cooked, you can add a crumpled banana for even better taste.
